Robert V. Edwards 1956-2025

Born on Thursday, Feb. 9, 1956, in Akron, Bob was a son of Robert V. and Helen Edwards. He came to the Youngstown community in 1992.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in education with a major in special education and taught for the Youngstown Board of Education for over 17 years at East and North high schools.

Left to cherish Bob’s memory are his wife, the former, Kathleen Kane, whom he married June 14, 1994; daughter, Rachel Edwards; sister, Patricia (Bud) Hoffman; and the Kane family.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Bob’s request, there are no services.
