Judith C. Perry 1941-2025

Judith was born Sept. 7, 1941, in New Castle, Pa., a daughter of Gurth and Alice Curry Rapson.

She was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School.

For many years, she worked in the billing department at Penn Power and later worked at Walmart in Hermitage for 20 years.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hubbard and a member of ABWA for many years. She also enjoyed spending time with her neighbors.

Her husband, William N. “Wings” Perry, whom she married May 16, 1970, passed away Sept. 10, 2010.

Judith will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family, her daughter, Michelle (Gregg) Biamonte of Hubbard; stepchildren, William (Linda) Perry of Florida and Heidi Jo (Todd) Perrigo of Florida; five grandchildren, Josalyn, Fletcher, Carlye, Nicholas and Adrianna; and one great-granddaughter, Audreyanna.

Special thanks to her friend and companion, Bill Humenny. She also leaves her siblings, Karen DeLost of Poland and Joanne Donley of New Castle, Pa., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; her brothers, Donald Rapson and Richard Rapson; and sisters, Marge Henderson and Jeanne Weisbaker.

The family will plan a celebration of life at a later date.

Judith will be laid to rest in Hubbard Union Cemetery.
