Brian M. Williams 1974-2025
AUSTINTOWN — Brian M. Williams, 51, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025.
Brian was born Sept. 26, 1974, in Youngstown, a son of Patrick M. Williams Sr. and Rosemary Altman Williams, and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a 1993 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and later attended Youngstown State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in social work in 2013. Continuing his education, Brian received his master’s degree in addiction counseling from Liberty University in 2016.
For more than 20 years, Brian worked as an addiction counselor with Teen Challenge, where he dedicated his life to helping others through compassion, understanding and faith.
He enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with his family, with whom he shared a close and loving bond.
Brian leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Patrick and Rosemary Williams of Austintown; his brother, Patrick M. (Diane) Williams Jr. of Austintown; his sister, Nicole C. Williams of Austintown; two nephews, Patrick M. (Samantha) Williams III and Julian Figueroa; his niece, Elise N. Williams; two great-nephews, Jacob and Jack Williams; and many extended family members and friends.
Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His faith, gentle spirit and lifelong devotion to helping others will be remembered always.
Private services will be held Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown.
Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Austintown.
