Marlene Y. Little 1938-2025
NORTH JACKSON — Marlene Yvonne Little, 87, peacefully passed away at her home on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, surrounded by her son and daughter-in-law, after a joyful day spent with her grandchildren.
She was born Feb. 12, 1938, in Bellaire, a daughter of John Kinkade and Madelyn Reid Kinkade.
Marlene worked at Stambaugh’s Hardware and Dinos Laundromat.
A devoted member of Heritage Baptist Church in Ellsworth, Marlene was the longest-standing member.
She enjoyed watching and feeding birds, and she loved her three cats.
Marlene is survived by her daughters, Lisa Cercone of Boardman and Jenny Dailey of Bessemeer, Pa.; sons, David (Vicky) Little of North Jackson, Kenny (Dee) Little of North Jackson and Lee (Candy) Little, of Kentucky; sister, Carrie (Larry) Brunstetter of Newton Falls; brothers, Dale (Arlene) Kinkade of Warren and Randy (Donna) Kinkade of Arkansas; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Marlene was preceded in death by her sons, Allen Kinkade and Rusty Little, and her brother, Albert Kinkade.
Calling hours will take place from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Jackson-Milton Chapel, 439 S. Salem Warren Road (state Route 45). A short funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Afterward, a luncheon will be provided at Heritage Baptist Church from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
