Brian R. Daniels 1963-2025
CHANDLER, Ariz. — Brian Robert Daniels, 61, passed away Friday, Sept. 19, 2025.
His life was a testament to his deep love for family, adventure and dedication to his career as a pilot.
Brian was born Oct. 8, 1963, in Youngstown.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in aerospace studies from Kent State University. He went on to become a commercial pilot for Southwest Airlines.
Brian was a skilled marksman and a proud member of the National Rifle Association.
Brian married the love of his life, Elizabeth Daniels, on Sept. 26, 1998, in Andover. They built a beautiful life together, filled with love and devotion to their family.
Brian’s love for the outdoors included fishing with his brother, Justin, and deer hunting with his brother, Bruce, and sister, Kris. Brian made time for some special trips, such as elk hunting in Colorado, with his stepson, Paulie, and nephew, Drew. You could often find Brian fishing, camping or simply spending time with his family. These interests were instilled in him by his parents at a very young age. His spirit was adventurous, his heart generous and his presence a source of strength and warmth.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Daniels; his cherished children, Brian
Daniels Jr., Christian Daniels, Jennifer (Dennis) Klein and Paul (Yoleiqui) Martof Jr.; and his grandchildren, Valencia and Roman Martof. He also leaves behind his parents, Dale and Carol Daniels of New Middletown; his siblings, Bruce (Shelby) Daniels, Kris (Tommy) Reeveley and Justin (Laura) Daniels; and much-loved extended family.
A resident of Chandler, Arizona, at the time of his passing, Brian will be remembered for his deep devotion to his wife, children and family. His humor and fun-loving spirit brought laughter to us all.
Brian loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and his kind heart and ways were genuine in everything he did.
A celebration of life service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at New Springfield Church of God. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate the legacy he left behind.
