Jerry D. Searfoss 1943-2025

He was born to the late Ralph and Viola Decristoforo Searfoss on May 11, 1943. Jerry was a proud Army veteran who worked as a pressman at The Vindicator for 45 years. He also owned and operated his own business, Country Autobody.

Jerry married his loving wife, Donna Golubich, on Sept. 25, 1964, giving them over 60 years of wonderful memories. She survives him. Besides his wife, Jerry is survived by his children, Sherrie (Steve) Gabor and Kevin (Debbie) Searfoss. He also leaves behind his sisters, Darlene Morris and Bonnie Morgan, and grandchildren, Kayla and Lindsay.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ralph C. Searfoss Jr.

Jerry was passionate about his service, his work and above all, his family. His family included his beloved pets, Hoover, Roxy and Abby. Abby survives him.

He also loved cars and auto racing. He attended the Indianapolis 500 eight times. Jerry looked forward to the annual pig roast with his co-workers and friends, camping with his family, as well as the occasional trip to the casino.

A private service took place at Lane Funeral Home and he was laid to rest in Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield.
