Jerry D. ‘Goose’ Kohn 1961-2025

He lived a life with love, laughter and cherished moments that will forever remain in our hearts. Today, we gather to honor his memory and celebrate the remarkable man he was.

Jerry D. “Goose” Kohn, was born Feb. 11, 1961, to James E. Kohn Sr. and Bonnie L. Spiker Kohn. He loved Elvis, fishing, hunting, working on cars and having a cold one with friends at the Arc and IFH Club.

He is survived by his daughter, Tabitha (Adam) Jornigan of Girard; his son, Jerry (Relisha) Kohn of Fort Worth, Texas; his daughter, Joann Kohn of Liberty Township; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Jesse (Margie) Kohn of Liberty and Jeffery (Lori) Kohn of Liberty; sisters, Rhonda (Willie Rice) of Vienna and Vernie Stankorb of Youngstown; and many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his loved ones: his father, James E. Kohn Sr.; mother, Bonnie L Spiker Kohn; brother, James E. Kohn Jr.; and his sister-in-law, Betty Kohn.

Per Jerry’s wishes, there will be no services.
