Elaine Ciccotelli 1961-2025

Born Sept. 29, 1961, in Youngstown, she was the beloved daughter of Anthony and Mary Lou Zarlingo Ciccotelli.

Elaine graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1979. She worked at Dollar Bank and the Mahoning County Child Support Enforcement Agency.

Elaine is survived by her sister, Annette Todessa of Campbell; brother, Tony Ciccotelli of Boardman; and nephew, Sam Todessa.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Ted Todesssa.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Continuing Health Care of Lisbon for the level of care they provided for Elaine during her stay as a patient. Also, a very special gratitude to Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care for their service.

In accordance with Elaine’s wishes, services will be private.

Vaschak-Kirila handled all of the arrangements for the family.
