Thaddeus J. Barwinski 1947-2025

He was born Nov. 16, 1947, in Augsburg, Germany, a son of John and Jenny Razcynska Barwinski.

Mr. Barwinski received his master’s degree in clinical social work from LSU. He was a clinical social worker from Coleman Professional Services in Kent for 30 years. Ted was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. He was a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Hubbard Kiwanis Club and the Hubbard Conservation Club.

Ted was an avid reader and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, gardening and golfing.

He leaves his wife, the former Frances Premec, whom he married Sept. 12, 1970; two sons, Donovan Barwinski of Hubbard and Elliot Barwinski of Boardman; two brothers, Henry Barwinski, and his wife, Kathleen, of New York, and John Barwinski, and his wife, Mary Rita, of Houston; and two grandchildren.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Joseph Barwinski; and a grandson, Nathan “Nate” Barwinski.

Family and friends may call 10 to 11 a.m. Friday July 11, 2025, at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. A memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m., with the Very Rev. Michael D. Balash and Father Thomas Eisweirth officiating.

Ted’s final resting place will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.
