VERNON -- Mary F. O'Hare Copeland, 90, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in her home surrounded by loved ones.
Born Nov. 19, 1934, in Vernon, she was a daughter of the late LeeRoy and Isabel Thomlinson Moore.
Strong in her faith, Mary attended Victory Assembly of God in Coitsville. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling and making crafts. Mary beautifully played the guitar, organ and keyboard and also was known for being proper, her love of clothes and jewelry.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Deb O'Hare, William O'Hare, Kathryn O'Hare Vince and Randall O'Hare; sister, Betty (Lowell) Chapel; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Ellsworth O'Hare; second husband, Robert Copeland; siblings, William Moore, Marjorie Burkett and Helen Schottmiller; granddaughters, Kayla Lynn O'Hare and Amber Rae Vince; her cousin and dear friend, Irene Prusic; and her loyal companion, Midnight.
Calling hours will be 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 7, 2025, at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, OH 44003, immediately followed by the funeral service starting at noon.
A private burial will be held at Westview Cemetery, Vernon Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, OH 44004.
