Donald G. Stoffer 1949-2025

Donald was born June 24, 1949, in Youngstown, son of Joseph and Mary Krajci Stoffer.

He attended Holy Family School and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in 1967. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The Ohio State University in 1972.

Donald became a sales representative with many established sporting goods lines and later joined his brother in forming Realty Executives Central, a real estate agency in Columbus.

He was a lifetime member of the Cardinal Mooney and The Ohio State University alumni associations.

Donald was an avid history buff and enjoyed traveling to such places as Israel, Europe, Greece, Hawaii, Africa, Alaska and Mexico.

He is survived by his brother, Kenneth, and Kenneth’s fiancee, Cookie Hoffmeyer; his sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Jay Morris; sister, Sherri Belski; and several nieces, great-nieces and a great-nephew.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents and his rescue labrador retrievers, Moses and Toby.

Donald will be buried in Riverside Cemetery in his hometown of Poland.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2025, at Holy Family Church in Poland, followed by a mercy luncheon.

Donald will be forever missed by his family and many friends.
