Donald E. Huttelmayer 1940-2025

He was born March 30, 1940, in Meadville, Pa., a son of the late Frank and Betty Kern Huttelmayer. He married Nancy Orr on June 30, 1984.

He was a 1958 graduate of Meadville High School and retired from CSX in 2000 after 35 years of service.

Don was of Protestant faith.

Don was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1966.

He is survived by a sister, Judy Moore of California; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kelly and Gregg Fernberg of Shelbyville, Kentucky; cousins, Ralph and Karen Corner, Edward, Charlene and Charles Hancuff; nephews and niece, Brian, Chad and Jennifer; great-nephews and great-niece, Justin, Hayden and Kristen.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nancy, of 36 years.

Per Don’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman.
