Howard F. Wiff 1930-2025

He was born April 28, 1930, in Youngstown, a son of Erine and Mildred Krepps Wiff. He joined the Navy Reserve and then worked as a carpenter.

Howard was a longtime member of Bethel Lutheran Church. He also was a Mason and “Stinky” the Grotto clown.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Debbie (John Sr.) Conti of Boardman; grandchildren, John Conti Jr., Jodi (Harry) Shood and Jennifer (Jon) Trolio; great-grandchildren, Lindsie (fiance Chris Gerberry) Shood, Jacob Shood, Ryan Conti, Briana, Kendra, Drake and Raina Trolio; great-great-grandchildren, Remington and Paisley; sister, Donna (Don) Robinson of Cleveland; and brother, Don Wiff of Boardman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanda J. Wiff; and his brothers, Glenn and Roy Wiff.

Friends will be received 10 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Boardman, followed immediately by a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m.

He will be laid to rest with his wife at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
