Nancy L. Gerber 1933-2025

Born Sept. 28, 1933, in Cleveland, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Evelyn Stark Gerber.

Nancy was a 1951 graduate of South High School in Cleveland. She worked as an executive secretary for AT&T for 38 years. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida and Hawaii. She had a deep love for dogs and enjoyed completing crossword puzzles and reading.

She is survived by her sister, Judy Rygiel; two nieces, Randy (Chris) Nord of Poland and Stacy (Rene) Daudelin of San Tan Valley, Arizona; two nephews, Russell Rygiel of Canton and Ryan Rygiel (Amy Sheely) of Salem; as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, the family will hold a small, private ceremony.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Shepherd of the Valley and Akeso Hospice for their wonderful care of Nancy during this time.

Arrangements are being handled by the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
