Marianne Mulhall 1957-2025

She was born on April 20, 1957, in Youngstown, a daughter of Robert E. Mulhall and the former Kathryn Roepke.

Marianne was often referred to as a ray of sunshine by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A graduate of Leonard Kirtz School in Austintown, Marianne worked at MASCO in Boardman.

Throughout her life, Marianne exhibited a profound love for animals, particularly dogs, birds and piggies. During her time at Maplecrest Nursing Home, she developed a special fondness for a grief support piggy that served as a source of comfort to her and fellow residents. Marianne embraced her adoration for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and she always surrounded herself with baby dolls that she nurtured lovingly.

Marianne found joy in listening to music, particularly the works of Billy Ray Cyrus, and she loved doing word-search puzzles.

Marianne is survived by her three brothers, Bobby, Shawn and Tim; two sisters, Karen and Theresa; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel, 2726 Center Road. Following calling hours, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Church.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Marianne’s family would like to thank the staff at Maplecrest for its care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Marianne’s memory may be made to the Leonard Kirtz School in Austintown.
