George Pincham Jr. 1958-2025

YOUNGSTOWN — George Pincham Jr., 67, departed this life Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 9:48 a.m., at Hospice House, following complications from a short illness.

He was born March 15, 1958, in Youngstown, the son of George Pincham Sr. and Joan D. Fleming Underwood.

He was a 1976 graduate of South High School and Choffin Vocational School, receiving his certification in Industrial Electronics.

He served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1976-1980, receiving the Rifle Marksmanship Badge and Good Conduct Medal.

George was employed with the Transportation Security Administration for eight years as a security officer before retiring in 2019. He worked for the City of Youngstown as an assistant electrical supervisor before retiring in 2011.

He enjoyed fishing, gardening, grilling and crafting, and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

He leaves to mourn, two sons, George (Cesi) Pincham III of Seaside, California, and Raymond Kharleed of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Ms. Glenda Pincham Watson of Youngstown; one grandson, Angelo Wiley of Seaside, California; and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at noon Friday, May 9, 2025, with calling hours 11 a.m. to noon, at Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home, Youngstown Chapel. Burial will take place in Tod Homestead Cemetery.

Arrangements of comfort were handled by Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home, Youngstown Chapel.
