Douglas J. Henry 1962-2025

Doug was born Dec. 3, 1962, in Youngstown, the son of William Edward Sr. and Mary LoSasso Henry. After high school, Doug began working for WKBN. While at WKBN, he and his friend Frank Kovach started and owned Tri-County Tower.

Doug enjoyed working and raising animals on Bent Tree Ranch. His greatest love and joy was his time spent with his grandchildren.

Doug will be dearly missed by his wife, Cheryl Domkowksi Henry, whom he married Aug. 6, 1983; his three children, Ashley (Rob) Davidson, William (Alicia) Henry and Elyssa (Chris) Thomas; his 11 grandchildren whom he adored; and seven siblings, Lynn Henry, Roz (Don) Rentz, William (Janine) Henry, Jody (Jim) Rugh, Aaron (Kelli) Ingalls, Frank and Shawn Ferko.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary.

The family will receive relatives and friends 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave., Boardman, followed by a 1 p.m. service.
