Chloe Stasya McCoy 2004-2025

YOUNGSTOWN — Chloe Stasya McCoy, 20, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Chloe was born May 11, 2004, in Youngstown, a daughter of Gene and Kristy McNally McCoy, and was a lifelong Mahoning Valley Resident.

She was a sweet and gentle soul, known for her kindness, patience and adventurous spirit. A true peacemaker, she lived with deep compassion for others and a bold faith in Jesus, which she exemplified during a life-changing mission trip to El Salvador with her beloved brother, Gabryel. Their bond was one of unwavering love and friendship.

Chloe had a lifelong love for animals, especially cats and cheetahs. Her own kitty, Gracie, brought her great joy and comfort. She found beauty in small, whimsical things — cherry blossoms, Chinese paper lanterns and quiet moments shared over coffee. Creative and imaginative, Chloe enjoyed manga and anime, attending concerts and spontaneous outings to Hot Topic. She especially loved “The Little Mermaid” and embraced all things expressive and magical.

She is survived by her devoted parents, Gene and Kristy McCoy; her cherished brother, Gabryel McCoy; her loving grandmother; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who will deeply miss her light.

Family and friends may gather to pay respects 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2025, at New Life Church, 2250 E. Western Reserve Road, Poland, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.

Chloe’s light and love touched everyone who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, her gentle spirit will continue to inspire and guide those who loved her.
