Margaret H. Gibson 1934-2025

Born Jan. 1, 1934, in Youngstown, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Alice Leroy Davison. She graduated from Boardman High School in 1951.

On Oct. 9, 1954, Peg married her beloved husband, Edward B. Gibson, and at the time of his passing in 2010, they had shared 55 years together.

In her spare time, Peg enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Warren K. (Jayne) Gibson of Farmdale, Edward L. Gibson of Boardman, Tammie L. (Mike) Murphy of Tampa, Florida, and Terry L. Setz of Middlefield; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Gibson; brothers, Alfred A. Davison and Thomas Davison; nephew, Alfred “Skip” Davison; and sister-in-law, Bernie Davison.

Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, OH 44428. Private burial will take place Thursday, April 17, 2025.
