Elizabeth V. Kassay 1939-2024

She was born Dec. 25, 1939, in Houston, Pa., to John and Elizabeth George Kassay. She was a 1958 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School and attended Youngstown College for two years.

Elizabeth worked for the Youngstown Credit Bureau for many years and was a member of the Hungarian Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her brother, John Kassai; her sister, Linda Xereas; and two nephews, John and Steven.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 30, 2024.

Elizabeth is buried in Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown.
