Roslyn C. Johnson 1933-2024
YOUNGSTOWN — Roslyn C. Johnson passed away peacefully with family by her side, Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, at Hospice House in North Lima.
She was born Aug. 31, 1933, to John and Mary Ivan Siroki. She graduated from South High School. Roslyn married the love of her life, Auguste, on June 6, 1953.
A lifelong West Side resident, Roslyn loved bingo and casinos. Cooking and housekeeping were her passion.
She leaves behind to treasure her memory, her husband, Auguste, two sons, Dennis (Kim, deceased) Johnson and Ken (Terri) Johnson; and one daughter, Roxanne (Berlin) Johnson-Kirkpatrick. Roslyn also had four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom she adored; and her beloved cat, Missy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eugene; daughter-in-law, Kim; and grandson, Ken.
Private services were held.
Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home handled arrangements for the family.
