Tammy S. Ferguson 1964-2024
NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — Tammy Sue Koncsol Ferguson passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024. She was 59 years old. Tammy joined her parents, Grace and John Koncsol; brother, James; and sister-in-law, Cheryl, in heaven.
She was born Dec. 14, 1964, in Mineral Ridge, the daughter of the late John and Grace Koncsol. Tammy was a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School in 1984. She attended Youngstown State University for early childhood education.
Tammy married Allan E. Ferguson Jr. on March 8, 1989.
Tammy’s greatest love was God, family and friends at church. Tammy loved spending time cooking for her family, reading the Bible and walking her dog.
Although Tammy’s family grieves her loss, they take comfort in knowing that Tammy is in heaven, watching over them.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Allan Ferguson Jr.; brothers and sisters, John Koncsol, Robert Koncsol, Sally Dallis (Greg), Kathy Hartman (Robert) and Tim Koncsol; several nieces and nephews; and other family members.
A remembrance service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Victory Baptist Church in North Fort Myers, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate in her honor to the American Heart Association.
