Richard F. Colton 1939-2023

He was born in Youngstown, to Russell and Virginia Colton, on Jan. 22, 1939.

Dick was retired from GM after almost 34 years. He enjoyed his retirement in Arizona.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jolynn Jane Hoover Colton; daughters, Denise Sharpe, Deborah Plunkett and Amy Aeppli; son, Richard “Rick” Colton; sister, Nancy Catheline; four grandchildren, James Plunkett, Tiffany Plunkett, Kaitlyn Aeppli and Colton Aeppli; and many brother- and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Judith Learn.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Ohio.
