Randy Ralph Edward McGirr 1967-2022
LAS VEGAS — Randy Ralph Edward McGirr, 54, died unexpectedly Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, with congestive heart failure. His brother Robert was at his side.
He was born Nov. 5, 1967, a son of Emmett and Wanda McGirr of Berlin Center.
Randy was a graduate of Western Reserve High School Class of 1987. He continued his education at ITT Technical Institute and Youngstown State University, getting his degree in engineering.
Randy worked for the Carl Zeiff Co. in Michigan for 11 years before he transferred to the Las Vegas location for the next four years.
Randy leaves behind three sisters, Joyce Motter of Las Vegas, Patty (Vince) Marion of Boardman and Dodie (James) Baugh of Youngstown; and two brothers, Danny (Barbara) McGirr of Youngstown and Robert (Vicki) McGirr of Las Vegas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and good friend, James Powell.
A private service will be held at a later date.
