Deena Jo Hall Bupp 1954-2022

Deena was born Aug. 20, 1954, in Youngstown. Deena was married to David C. Bupp for 18 years.

In her early childhood, Deena moved to Canfield and graduated from Canfield High School, where she was active in the drama department. In addition to high school drama, Deena was active in the Youngstown Playhouse and Youngstown Children’s Theater. Deena graduated from Marietta College with a degree in broadcasting. After graduation from Marietta, Deena pursued a variety of careers before joining Delta Airlines, where she worked as an international flight attendant for 25 years, retiring in 2014.

Deena had a fun, outgoing personality; she loved adventure and international travel. She and Dave had many wonderful trips and adventures around the world.

Deena and Dave lived in Dublin, Ohio, before moving to Naples full time in 2012.

Deena loved her time in Naples and the friendships she formed at Colliers Reserve Country Club. At Colliers Reserve, Deena was active with the women’s committee and helping with women’s golf events. Also, Deena was an active volunteer at Guadalupe Center in Naples.

Deena is survived by Dave’s daughters, Katherine Feldman (Stephen) and Margaret Bupp (Jon). In addition, Deena is survived by three stepgrandchildren; a niece, Rachel Barrett; a nephew, Keith Barrett; as well as her many friends around the world.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale Hall and Dolores Dickson Hall; and sister, Darla Barrett.

Final arrangements are being handled by the National Cremation Society.

A celebration of life for Deena will be held at Colliers Reserve in May.
