Charles F. Delili Jr. 1960-2021

Charles Jr. was born Aug. 17, 1960, in Youngstown. He graduated from Avon Lake High School Class of 1978.

Charles Jr. enlisted in the U.S. Army and was trained as a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne Division.

Following his service, he worked for Ford Motor Company, then retired to Struthers.

Charles Jr. is survived by his brother, Matthew J. Delili of Hastings, Minn.; and niece, Allison Delili of Massillon.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Yong Suk Kim Delili; parents, Charles F. Delili Sr. and Carol Haschak Delili; and brothers, David J. Delili and Mark A. Delili.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Disabled American Veterans (dav.org) or the Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).

A casual gathering will be held 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, at Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake, followed by burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
