Franklin L. Leonard 1948-2021

Born May 11, 1948, in Hazelton, Pa., Frank was the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth Rimer Leonard.

On Oct. 26, 1974, Frank married his beloved wife, the former Esther Kline. She survives at home.

Frank had worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a food inspector.

He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and watching game shows. His greatest joy was spending time with family.

In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer Silvis (Earl) of New Castle and Stacy Ferro of Youngstown.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Toby Ferro, and his special friend, Mikey Mrosko.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Chewton Christian Church, 354 Oswald St, Wampum, Pa. 16157.
