YOUNGSTOWN — Gloria “Candy Cane” Rivers-Noel, our mom, 76, of Youngstown, went home Thursday, July 15, 2021.

She was born Aug. 2, 1944, in New York, N.Y.

There will be a viewing only from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 511 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown. The repast will follow immediately after. Please contact family for repast information.
