Aaron M. Page Sr. 1994-2021

YOUNGSTOWN — Mr. Aaron Michael Page Sr., 27, departed this life, Thursday, April 22, 2021, at his home.

Aaron was born March 21, 1994, in Youngstown, the son of Stephanie Hughey and Albert Page Jr. He graduated from East High School in 2013 and had been employed at BJ’s Restaurant. He was also known as “Simba” and “Bumpy Johnson”

He enjoyed flag football, rapping and basketball. His greatest joy was spending time with his children and family. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and he loved life.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother and stepfather, Stephanie (Johnny) Barnett of Youngstown; his father, Albert Page of South Carolina; his children, Kyrah Franklin, Aaron Page Jr., Aubreigh Page and Sacar Davis Page; his siblings, Ashley (Foster) Grant and Albert Page III; stepbrother, Johnny Barnett; godmother, Valeria Wooten; grandparents, Ethel Hughey of Youngstown and Betty Canty of South Carolina; aunt, Tina Hughey; uncles, Otto (Tracy) Hughey Jr., Vinnie, Willie and Earl Barnett; five nieces and one nephew; his girlfriend, Holli Robinson; best friends, Anthony Padilla and Damon Williams Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Catherine Jones, and Sam and Mamie Hughey; and his grandfather, Otto Hughey Sr.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at L.E. Black Phillips and Holden Funeral Home. Guests are asked to wear masks and to practice social distancing. Due to the pandemic and for the safety and health of others, guest are asked not to linger at the funeral home after viewing. Private services will be held for the family only at 11 a.m.
