Deborah Rodriguez 1954-2020

Debbie was born Nov. 17, 1954, in Youngstown, the daughter of Arthur Eddie Neff and Donna Jean Roberts Neff, and was a lifelong area resident.

She was a 1973 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and retired from Giannios Candy Company after 26 years.

Debbie enjoyed potting her flowers in the spring, decorating her landscaping with an abundance of lights and collections of frog figurines, rides in her 2002 Camaro and her cats, Buddy and Jaguar.

She was a devoted wife and mother who will be deeply missed by her husband, Edwin Rodriguez, whom she married Sept. 18, 1976; son, Jeffrey Neff; daughter, Stacey Rodriguez; sisters, Kim Neff and Kelly Neff; brothers, Lance (Kim) Neff and Eric Neff; and by nieces, nephews, in-laws and neighbors.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law and mother-in-law; daughter, Lori Rodriguez; and sister, Tammy Newbecker.

The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
