David A. Neiser 1939-2020

David was born in East Liverpool on Aug. 21, 1939, a son of the late W. Allen and A. Freedona Creamer Neiser. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1958 and the Bullard-Havens Technical School in Bridgeport, Conn.

David retired in 2000 from the GM plant in Lordstown, after 30 years of service as a tool and die maker. He was a member of the former UAW Union 1714. He was also a member of Columbiana United Methodist Church.

Left to cherish his memory, are his wife of 61 years, Judy (Baldwin) Neiser, whom he married Sept. 1, 1958; son, Michael (Cindy) Neiser of Salem; two daughters, Debra (Joseph McSuley) Kranek of Englewood, Fla. and Michelle Neiser (Mike Trimble) of Columbiana; three grandchildren, Cody (Amber) Neiser of Salem, Cory Kranek (Fabiana Alceste) of Indianapolis, Ind. and Molly (Erick) Orellana of Lafayette, Ind.; great-grandson, Orion Orellana; brother, James M. (Edna) Neiser of Galloway; and three step-grandchildren.

Preceding David in death was his grandson, Cade Neiser.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David’s memory may be directed to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.

In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus, a private family service will be held at the Dawson Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Ben DeMar. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
