Frank W. Hofmann 1945-2019
JOHNSTOWN, PA. — Frank W. “Cooky Monster” Hofmann, 74, formerly of the area, passed away peacefully Oct. 3, 2019.
Frank was born in Salem, Ohio, the son of Frank Wilbur Hofmann and Roberta Mae Johnson Hofmann
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Frank thoroughly enjoyed cutting grass, riding his Harley and baking cookies.
He is survived by his wife, Merry Schwer Lovette Hofmann; stepdaughter, Kainani Lovette (David) Rose; daughter, Pamela Muehenberg; and brother, Jerry Hofmann. Frank is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughters, Frankie Sterbenz and Tina Harris; brother, Dwayne Hofmann; and sisters, Ethelda Hope and Jensie Wiant.
Per his wishes, no service will be held.
