Police activity reported Aug. 24-Sept. 13:

Sept. 13 -- Andrew Thomas, 19, 2040 Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and was cited for driving while under suspension and a defective exhaust.

Sept. 12 -- A Flock camera hit for a stolen car was tracked to 6579 Ironwood Blvd., where Mahoning County deputies took over the investigation.

Sept. 12 -- Loreli Wood, 20, 26 Blossom Lane, Warren, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on West Main Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and was cited for a traffic control device violation (red light).

Sept. 11 -- Maddox Preder, 22, 2523 85th St., Lake Stevens, Washington, was issued a summons for peddler's license required following a report of peddlers going door-to-door on Sleepy Hollow Drive.

Sept. 7 -- Darien Chaplin, 28, 5005 Market St., Newton Falls, was arrested during a traffic stop on the Boardman-Canfield Road ramp to state Route 11 on a Youngstown warrant for failure to appear.

Sept. 6 -- Nathan Damore, 22, 3035 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on North Broad Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe) and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Sept. 5 -- Akasha Santana, 23, 175 New York Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on East Main Street on a charge of open container and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Sept. 5 -- Mykajah Martinez, 20, 707 E. Lucius Ave, Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop Fairground Boulevard on charges of OVI and drug abuse (marijuana) and was cited for a defective exhaust, and Jo'Laha Mattison, 20, 2905 Jean St., Youngstown, was cited for drug abuse (marijuana).

Sept. 4 -- Gilberto Arreguin, 52, 1915 Fourth St., Canton, was arrested during a traffic stop on South Broad Street on a charge of driving while under suspension and was cited for a defective exhaust, and Henry Ramirez Lamezon, 24, 758 Southwoods Drive, New Philadelphia, was arrested on an ICE detainer.

Sept. 3 -- Skyler Rudolph, 21, 140 S. Isabella St., Saxonburg, Pa., was issued a summons during a traffic stop on West Main Street on charges of illegal use or possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device (red light).

Sept. 2 -- A report was taken at Main Moon Restaurant, 423 E. Main St. regarding the theft of money.

Aug. 31 -- Debra Bowers, 54, 6600 Herbert Road, Canfield, was cited during a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Shadydale and North Briarcliff drives, for a marked lanes violation.

Aug. 29 -- A 15-year-old Canfield boy was issued a summons during an eBike versus car crash investigation on South Briarcliff, for failure to control.

Aug. 26 -- Pothitos Pizanias, 26, 613 Dumont Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of aggravated menacing following an investigation into a report of a man pointing a firearm at a complainant during a road rage incident on Scott Street.

Aug. 26 -- John Hoyle, 69, 297 Carriage Lane, Canfield, was arrested in the 200 block of Carriage Lane on a theft charge related to an Aug, 24 incident regarding turning off power to a residence and causing damage to an A/C unit.

Aug. 25 -- Abraham Diaz-Jimenez, 25, 249 Carriage Lane, Canfield, was arrested on falsification and disorderly conduct charges and on an ICE detainer following an investigation into a man sleeping behind a closed business on East Main Street.

Aug. 24 -- Marcelino Alonozo, 34, 190 Woodland Ave., Salem, was arrested during a traffic stop on North Broad Street on an ICE detainer and was cited for driving while under suspension and speeding (50 in a 35 zone) and Jose Ortiz Tino, 23, unknown address, was arrested on an ICE detainer.
