Police activity reported Sept. 16-23:

Sept. 23, 12:19 a.m. -- Matthew L. Tubbs, 45, 39 Ferncliff Ave., was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Mahoning County Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on a contempt of court charge.

Sept. 22, 8:21 p.m. -- Griseily O. Hernandez, 38, 917 Plaza View Court, Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on South Avenue on a Girard failure to appear warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension.

11:12 a.m. -- Libbey J. Pawlak, 35, 769 Golfview Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

4:31 a.m. -- Juraylin D. Johnson, 26, 539 E. Dewey Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman theft warrant.

Sept. 21, 2:40 p.m. -- Assault reported after a woman driving a white vehicle got into a verbal argument on Southern Boulevard that ended with the tossing of coins through a vehicle window, striking a boy sitting in the passenger seat of the victim's vehicle.

Sept. 20, 9:27 p.m. -- A 16-year-old Boardman girl was arrested at Akron Children's Hospital on a domestic violence charge.

3:26 p.m. -- Ashley M. Hartman, 40, 455 N. Maple St., Mercer, Pa., was arrested during a traffic stop on Erie Street on two Trumbull County warrants and was issued a summons on a theft charge.

1;18 p.m. -- Lacey J. Harper, 30, 423 Park Ave., New Castle, Pa., was arrested by Poland Village police on a Boardman theft warrant.

7:45 a.m. -- Patrick J. Stuckwish, 62, 817 Kiwana Drive, Boardman, was arrested at the corner of Mill Creek Boulevard and Glen Park Road on a domestic violence charge.

12:55 a.m. -- Sophie M. Martin, 22, 3001 Green Acres Drive, Youngstown, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall on charges of assault, harassment by an inmate, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 19, 7:31 p.m. -- Brooke L. McCollough, 53, 619 Stambaugh Ave., Sharon, Pa., was arrested at 7392 Market St. on a Hubbard failure to appear warrant.

2:40 p.m. -- Thomas J. Canann, 26, 325 S. Jackson St., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

2:14 a.m. -- Mason A. Vanhorn, 22, 2900 Whispering Pines Drive, Austintown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of OVI and street racing.

Sept. 18, 8:06 p.m. -- Amajin J. Clyburn, 20, 3021 Idlewood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

5:42 p.m. -- Timothy Jacobs, 68, 4037 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall on charges of theft, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

12:49 a.m. -- Derrick C. Braden, 42, 2067 Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on South Avenue on a charge of OVI and was cited for a lanes of travel violation.

Sept. 17, 11:07 p.m. -- Michael A. Austin, 38, 1846 Halbert Drive, Boardman, was booked at the Mahoning County jail on a Boardman domestic violence charge.

10:41 p.m. -- John J. Walch, 58, 2818 Trenton Ave., Youngstown, was booked at the Mahoning County jail on a Boardman felonious assault warrant.

6:30 a.m. -- Robert Torres, 38, homeless, was arrested at the station on Canal Fulton police warrants for telecommunications harassment and menacing by stalking.

Sept. 16, 8:40 p.m. -- Dustin J. Lytle, 37, 1403 Bryson St., Youngstown, was arrested on East Midlothian Boulevard on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), disorderly conduct while intoxicated and open container.
