Aug. 19, 7:27 a.m. -- Macie M. O. Dutting, 33, 223 Reed Ave., Campbell, was arrested during a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe).
Aug. 18, 5:39 p.m. -- Two 16-year-old Boardman boys were arrested on theft charges at Walmart.
3:29 p.m. -- John W. Stewart, 57, 1265 Collar Price Road, Hubbard, was arrested at Walmart on a theft charge and on two Boardman theft warrants.
4:44 a.m. -- Jaeshaun E. Perel, 26, 731 Roxbury Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant.
12:32 a.m. -- Michelle L. O'Donahue, 52, 1610 Everett Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 4664 Euclid Blvd. on Boardman and Austintown theft warrants and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe).
Aug. 17, 11:46 p.m. -- Elisha J. Hudson, 22, 18048 Hillcrest Drive, Lake Milton, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant.
5:27 p.m. -- A 13-year-old Youngstown girl and a 12-year-old Youngstown boy were each arrested at Target on obstructing official business charges.
2 a.m. -- Izalena M. Menton, 35, 1380 Fifth St. SW, Warren, was arrested during a traffic stop on Shields Road on a Boardman theft warrant and was cited for operating a vehicle without a license, expired registration and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Aug. 16, 5:27 a.m. -- Michael R. Holby, 33, 941 Compass West, Austintown, was arrested by Austintown police on a Boardman theft charge.
Aug. 15, 6:25 p.m. -- Lucy G. McCarty, 36, 220 Ridgewood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
6 p.m. -- Amber G. Prumatico, 46, 13 S. Richview Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman burglary warrant.
11:20 a.m. -- Christopher M. Westerfield, 68, 7363 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested on Glenwood Avenue on a trespassing charge.
10:30 a.m. -- Margaret I. Williams, 69, 1769 South Heights Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on post on a Boardman warrant for failure to provide care for a functionally impaired person.
10:11 a.m. -- Aaron D. McGrath, 30, 459 W. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a receiving stolen property charge.
Aug. 14, 6:48 p.m. -- Antaun D. Moore, 30, 380 Maryknoll Drive, Campbell, was arrested at Walmart on an undisclosed Mahoning County warrant.
4:01 p.m. -- Rebecca E. Steed, 54, 1040 W. Main St., Washingtonville, was arrested at the Doral Drive Giant Eagle on a theft charge.
Aug. 13, 6:34 p.m. -- Ijhontay S. J. Heard, 29, 423 Ferndale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at Walmart on a theft charge.
4:21 p.m. -- Justin P. Berrettini, 50, 13497 Elton Road, Beaver, was arrested at the Route 224 Giant Eagle on a theft charge.
11:56 a.m. -- William J. Mock, 28, 2610 Windsor Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall on a theft charge.
12:19 a.m. -- Alec J. Walker, 27, 833 Robbins Ave., Niles, was arrested by Niles police on charges of telecommunications harassment and inducing panic.
Aug. 12, 7:35 p.m. -- Michael A. Shehane, 57, 8064 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested at the Olive Garden on a charge of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
