Feb. 17, 6 p.m. — John E. Fields, 67, 928 Ridge Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for possession of cocaine.
9 a.m. — A 17-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on 19 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of pandering obscenity.
Feb. 16, 11:20 p.m. — Joshua M. Atwood, 37, 336 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at 859 East Midlothian Blvd.
Feb. 15, 8:31 p.m. — A 14-year-old Warren girl was arrested on a theft charge at Target.
1 p.m. — Tommie L. Carter, 64, 3531 Hillman St., Youngstown, was arrested by Austintown police on a Boardman warrant for possession of drugs.
5:40 a.m. — Dallas L. Humphrey, 47, 1979 Atkinson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Canfield police on a Boardman theft warrant.
3:31 a.m. — Ramzie D. Spencer, 21, 2309 Buckeye Circle, Youngstown, was arrested on an assault charge at 3930 Sunset Drive.
Feb. 14, 4:47 p.m. — Jerlicia D. Butler Lewis, 28, 429-1/2 W. Hylda Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Midlothian Boulevard on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and was cited for driving while under suspension and booster seat required.
4:11 p.m. — Michael L. Miller, 42, 511 Garfield St., Struthers, was arrested at 7631 South Ave. on charges of criminal trespassing and obstructing official business.
Feb. 13, 8:40 p.m. — Vito V. Gance-Falkman, 37, 1277 Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, was arrested by Niles police on Boardman warrants for possession of drugs, including Xylazine, heroin and fentanyl.
5:10 p.m. — Andrew P. Testa, 30, 9151 Springfield Road, Springfield, was arrested following a crash at the intersection of Mathews Road and Lemoyne Avenue on a driving under the influence charge and was cited for assured clear distance.
3:30 p.m. — Nathan L. Baker, 41, 34 Willis Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman theft charge.
3:11 p.m. — Precious R. Moon, 21, 4071 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested at 7041 Glenwood Ave. on a domestic violence charge.
3 a.m. — Edward D. McLane, 39, 816 Kenneth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on Boardman warrants for violation of a protection order and bribery.
