8:46 p.m. — Lauren Horvatovich was arrested during a vehicle crash investigation at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Meridian Road on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired.

7:30 p.m. — Valerie A. Dieter was arrested at 1210 S. Turner Road on warrants for drug abuse-cocaine and drug abuse-Fentanyl.

3:54 p.m. — Theft of a white 1985 Chevy-Olds reported at 116 N. Meridian Road.

1:26 p.m. — Thomas Ivery was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

1:29 p.m. — Joseph D. Zaku was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at 4984 Winthrop Drive.

June 30, 2:12 a.m. — Summer E. Jackson, 40, homeless, was arrested at 4026 Market St. on two Youngstown warrants for failure to appear.

June 29, 5:01 p.m. — Stephanie N. Hlebovy, 33, 1176 N. Meridian Road, Austintown, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, and Daniel S. Krotky, 34, 2332 Clyde St., Poland, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business, and on an Austintown warrant for possession of heroin.

3:38 a.m. — Andrew R. Scott, 28, 49 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was soft-booked at the Mahoning County jail on a Boardman theft charge.

1:51 a.m. — Stephen A. Rivers, 30, 7740 Tod Ave., Boardman, was arrested at the intersection of Nevada Avenue and Southern Boulevard on a child endangering charge.

June 28, 1 p.m. — A woman stole $74.80 in merchandise at 4026 Market St. and fled in a blue Chevrolet Tahoe with Ohio license plates.

June 27, 9 p.m. — Brendon Nichols, 30, 4002 Baymar Drive, Boardman, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

8:21 p.m. — Kaitlyn A. Bosak, 29, 1370 Bingham Ave., Warren, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

June 26, 9:44 p.m. — David E. Stigall, 57, 2011 Elm St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on operating a vehicle impaired charge and was cited for open container, failure to reinstate license, reckless operation and unsafe vehicle.

2:35 p.m. — Candice R. Morgan, 40, 3309 Franklin Ave., Hubbard, was arrested during a traffic stop on Beechwood Avenue on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and was cited for fictitious license plates.

June 25, 11:55 p.m. — Heather R. Mills, 40, 3840 Mercedes Place, Canfield, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Western Reserve Road on an operating a vehicle impaired charge and on a Mahoning County Court 2 warrant for failure to appear for pre-trial on an OVI case, and was cited for failure to control.

11:46 p.m. — Assistance was provided to YSU Police involved in an OVI arrest with Rolando J. Ramos, 38, 1017 W. South Range Road, North Lima, being arrested on two counts of assault.

6:11 p.m. — A 16-year-old Youngstown boy and a 15-year-old Youngstown boy were each arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

4:22 p.m. — A 16-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

2:21 p.m. — Adrian L. Carroll, 63, 1806 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested in the area of Southern Park Mall on a theft charge.

11:20 a.m. — James J. Murray, 54, 140 Atlanta Ave., Austintown, was arrested at the station on a Boardman theft warrant.

9:18 a.m. — Brandon A. Hoschar, 29, 2405 Trussit Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 8034 South Ave. on a possession of drug abuse instruments charge.

June 27 — Anthony Decesare, 56, 8004 Bren-Dina Court, Murrysville, Pa., was arrested during a traffic stop on West Main Street on an operating a vehicle impaired charge and was cited for speeding (49 in a 35 zone).

June 27 — Kaitlyn Bosak, 29, 1370 Bingham Ave., Warren, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on Herbert Road on a drug paraphernalia charge (crack pipe) and was cited for speeding (40 in a 25 zone).

June 25 — A 16-year-old Canfield girl was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center after an investigation at Greasel Park, 75 Winona Drive, on a delinquent child by way of drug abuse charge (THC gummies).

June 12 — Katherine Altenhof, 38, 790 Blueberry Hill Drive, Canfield, was issued a summons on charges of confining, restraining, barking dogs and dangerous dog registration certificate, following the report of a dog bite in the 300 block of Moreland Drive.

June 2 — Clara Neff, 70, 68 W. Main St., was issued a summons for charges of confining, restraining, barking dogs and dangerous dog registration certificate, following the report of a dog bite in the third block of Stratford Drive.
