July 22, 8:27 p.m. — Brandon D. Seybald was arrested at 544 S. Raccoon Road on multiple undisclosed warrants.

1:15 p.m. — Electric and water lines to washers were cut at Sleep Inn, 5555 Patriot Blvd.

July 21, 4:51 p.m. — Julie R. Griffin and Stacey L. Brokaw were each arrested on theft charges at Meijer, 5800 Mahoning Ave.

11:31 a.m. — Flagpole cleat reported stolen at VFW, 4150 Mahoning Ave.
