Police activity reported Dec. 21-31:

Dec. 31, 10:07 p.m. — Threats reported at 2187 Garfield St. after a woman and man reported another man under the influence of drugs had threatened other people.

6:13 p.m. — Assistance provided by the Austintown Police Department with an active warrant for Justin Cina for aggravated menacing.

4:18 p.m. — Pursuit reported on Owsley Road after a man and woman were in a vehicle and then the man left the vehicle and ran away on foot.

Dec. 29, 11:51 p.m. — Unconscious woman reported at 2348 Longwood Ave. Firefighters and EMS personnel were called to the scene after it was determined the woman was dead.

12:09 p.m. — Man found dead lying next to his car at 3518 Union St.

2:02 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 3839 Forest Ridge Court after two men got into an altercation and one was injured.

1:44 a.m. — Theft reported at 2105 Squirrel Run Court after a purse was missing from a parked vehicle after people left a party with gifts and they were putting them in the car.

Dec. 27, 9:30 p.m — Burglary reported at 122 Hickory Lane after a vehicle was reported missing as well as keys and other items from inside the house.

9:53 a.m. — Harassment reported at 2338 Longwood Drive after woman told police she is receiving numerous messages and texts from a man.

Dec. 26, 4:34 p.m. — Landlord / tenant dispute reported at 1445 Burnett St. after a man was being served papers for eviction.

3:23 p.m. — Theft reported at 634 Garland Drive after two prescriptions were missing from the house.

2:17 p.m. — Police checked on the welfare of a truck driver at Petro Place after concerns by his family that he was not answering his cell phone. Police found him dead in the truck.

Dec. 23, 7:45 a.m. — Breaking and entering reported at 2156 Youngstown Warren Road after a glass door was damaged.

1:09 a.m. — Crash reported at 2759 W. Liberty St. after the driver of a pickup truck went off the road and ended up in a yard.

12:07 a.m. — Overdose reported at 1855 Austintown Warren Road after a resident was unresponsive and taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Dec. 21, 10:08 p.m. — Unwanted person reported at McDonald’s after a man would not leave the lobby after being there for several hours.
