Police activity reported Sept. 15-21:

Sept. 21 -- Stephen Stawicki, 41, 5939 Columbia Road, North Olmstead, was arrested during a traffic stop on West Main Street on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for open container, expired license and a marked lanes violation.

Sept. 18 -- Mutual aid was provided to Niles police for a free air sniff by the canine unit in the first block of East State Street in Niles.

Sept. 18 -- A 16-year-old Boardman boy at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on charges of delinquent child by way of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 15 -- Canine unit mutual aid was provided to Boardman police in the 100 block of Maple Avenue, Boardman, to track a suspect in a theft from auto investigation.
