Police activity reported April 4-10:

April 10, 5:23 p.m. — Renee L. Scaggs, 29, 626 Porter St., Warren, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

4:59 p.m. — Ernest D. Ford, 59, 1027 Yale St., Akron, was arrested by Summit County deputies on a Boardman warrant for possession of drugs.

4:07 p.m. — Two 14-year-old Boardman boys and a 15-year-old Boardman boy were each charged with theft and unruly juvenile following a call to the Southern Park Mall parking lot regarding three juveniles attempting to open vehicle doors.

April 9 — 6:49 p.m. A Walker Mill Road resident was issued a warning after his dogs came onto neighboring property and chased a rooster into the barn.

April 8, 10:14 p.m. — Rodger L. Raub, 41, 34 Tuttle Lane, Girard, was arrested on charge sof obstructing official business, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a call to the intersection of Boardman-Canfield Road and Market Street regarding a man acting angry and making gestures with his hand of shooting a gun.

3:49 p.m. — Brandon J. Zepernick, 31, 163 Meadowbrooke Ave., Boardman, was arrested by Columbiana County deputies on a Boardman warrant for drug possession (methamphetamine).

2:51 p.m. — Kenneth A. Porter, 72, 1300 Martin Luther King Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested by Austintown police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

6:19 a.m. — Jennifer L. Bennett, 48, 56 Willow Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, felonious assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, following a call regarding an altercation involving scissors.

April 7, 7:41 p.m. — A 16-year-old Boardman boy was arrested for unruly juvenile following a call to an Applewood Boulevard residence regarding a boy who stole a computer.

6:38 p.m. — A 17-year-old Youngstown boy was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on charges of obstructing official business and underage possession of alcohol, following a call to 7121 Tiffany Blvd. regarding a juvenile theft.

4:21 p.m. — Ernest J. Olmi, 62, 420 Eighth St., Struthers, was arrested by Liberty police on a Boardman warrant for telecommunications harassment.

April 6, 5:48 p.m. — Michael J. Iacino, 29, 10470 U.S. 224, Deerfield, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on a Boardman warrant for inducing panic.

5:34 p.m. — Kenya G. Campbell, 40, 414 Wilkinson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Austintown police on a Boardman warrant for vandalism.

5:04 p.m. — Rhea M. Maher, 58, 4234 Lake Road, Austintown, was issued a summons while at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital to appear on a Boardman warrant for theft.

3:43 p.m. — William E. Kachelries, 34, 88 Hilton Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

April 5, 11:18 p.m. — Michael T. Kerns, 44, 2471 Jennifer Drive, Poland, was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a Boardman warrant for theft.

10:50 p.m. — Stacey L. Willis, 46, 404 Fairground Blvd., Canfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for left of center, following an investigation into a vehicle that side-swiped another vehicle on Tippecanoe Road and fled the scene.

9:57 a.m. — Jay R. Weston, 38, 550 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Lordstown warrant for a probation violation, following a call to 1201 Doral Drive regarding a man in muddy pants falling asleep in the store.

April 4, 10:22 p.m. — Tonya M. Payne, 51, 2434 Tyrell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for theft

8:59 a.m. — Jason B. Carron, 41, 7359 West Blvd., Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for five counts of unauthorized use of a computer.
