March 21, 3:17 p.m. -- Assistance was provided to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force involved in an undercover operation at the Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St., that led to the arrest of Melissa D. Boudekkes, 42, 257 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, on charges of soliciting prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

11 a.m. -- Penny L. Gatte, 56, 4304 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on two Boardman warrants for theft.

4:26 a.m. -- Korrell A. Bush, 20, 330 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid license and an expired registration, following a traffic stop on Market Street. The charges were later switched to Allen G. Torres, 28, 330 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, who had given false information during the traffic stop and was further charged with falsification.
