March 22, 8:59 p.m. — A 17-year-old Farrell, Pa., girl, Demia G. Davis, 18, 113 E. Avondale Ave., Youngstown, and Quinche J. Stokes, 25, 320 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, were all arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:05 a.m. — A soft-booking for a charge of theft was conducted with the Mahoning County jail on Ariel S. Daniel, 32, 20 Shadyside Drive, Boardman, who was currently an inmate.

2:52 a.m. — Isabella S. Settos, 30, 2200 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of failure to comply, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and was cited for a marked lanes violation following a pursuit and traffic stop at Normandy Apartments, 2200 Canfield Road.

1:10 a.m. — Jimmy T. Gaston, 37, 7400 West Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for an improper turn following a traffic stop on South Avenue.

March 21, 3:17 p.m. — Assistance was provided to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force involved in an undercover operation at the Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St., that led to the arrest of Melissa D. Boudekkes, 42, 257 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, on charges of soliciting prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

March 20, 11:12 p.m. — Antonio Castaing, 34, 1230 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, assault, intimidation, retaliation and harassment by an inmate, following a call to 4031 Glenwood Ave. regarding an intoxicated man.

11 a.m. — Penny L. Gatte, 56, 4304 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on two Boardman warrants for theft.

4:26 a.m. — Korrell A. Bush, 20, 330 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid license and an expired registration, following a traffic stop on Market Street. The charges were later switched to Allen G. Torres, 28, 330 Kendis Circle, Youngstown, who had given false information during the traffic stop and was further charged with falsification.

March 19, 10:41 p.m. — Pabalo Valentin, 27, 115 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear on an obstructing official business charge, and was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and for not having headlights on when required, following a traffic stop on Shields Road.

4:07 p.m. — Jason Z. Hannold, 28, 599 State St., Meadville, Pa., was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft, an Ashtabula County warrant for failure to appear, and an Erie County, Pa., warrant for failure to appear.

2:51 p.m. — Tiffany M. Rosenberg, 25, 7115 Ron Park Place, Boardman, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of methamphetamine, and Nathaniel M. 2:57 a.m. — Kevin Jimenez, 29, 544 Hyatt Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

1:20 a.m. — Brandon M. St. Clair, 24, 308 Forest Hill Drive, Austintown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence, leaving the scene of a private property accident, failure to comply, and open container, following a call to 7631 South Ave. regarding a man wielding a knife and attempting to leave the scene of an accident.

6:05 p.m. — Giovanny Blanco, 19, undisclosed address, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, following a foot chase near Applewood Swim Club on a suspect involved in a prior theft at 1260 Doral Drive.
