7 p.m. — Tanisha L. Ballard, 41, 159.5 North Hickory St., Chillicothe, was arrested on two Campbell warrants for permitting drug abuse and possession of marijuana.

March 2, 10:54 p.m. — Tracy R. Cramer, 63, 140 Ohio Ave., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia following a call to 3602 Mahoning Ave. regarding a suspicious person.
