Dec. 20, 3:33 a.m. - Spencer D. Morrell, 25, 20 Ohio Ave., Niles, was arrested on charges of theft and drug possession (Vivance, Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate, and Alprazolam), and Victoria K. Dobroka, 30, 486 Westgate Blvd., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft, following a call to Sheetz, 134 Boardman-Poland Road, for a theft in progress.

Dec. 19, 8:53 p.m. - Patrick M. Barden, 50, 5940 Lightner Place, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

2:43 p.m. - Christian M. Maxwell, 20, 3601 S. Maple Drive, New Castle, Pa., was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

2:49 a.m. - Terrance L. Simms, 22, 5049 Aravesta Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Youngstown warrant, following an investigation into room damage at 7410 South Ave.

12:33 a.m. - Stephen L. Kness, 61, 12760 Woodworth Road, Springfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for driving while under suspension and left of center, following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.

Dec. 18, 3:24 p.m. - Ijnanya S. Rollins, 41, 551 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs (white rock substance), obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia (glass pipe, metal pipe, Chore Boy, and a razor blade), and on warrants for theft out of Trumbull County, and a condition of release violation out of the Adult Parole Authority, following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

3:19 p.m. - Steven A. Haywood, 31, 793 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence following a dispatch to Marcy Health Hospital, 8401 Market St.

10:50 a.m. - Leon R. Johnson, 43, 175 E. Market St., Akron, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, following a call to 859 E. Midlothian Blvd. regarding a man arguing with employees.

Dec. 17, 10:32 p.m. - A 17-year-old Beaver boy was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for reckless operation and leaving the scene of an injury accident, following a traffic crash investigation on Southern Boulevard.

3:10 a.m. - Jefferson D. Payne, 31, 47 E. Evergreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a marked lanes violation and an expired registration, following a traffic stop on Ridgewood Drive.

Dec. 16, 8:29 p.m. - Filiberto A. Busico, 71, 375 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to control, following a call to the intersection of Lake Park Road and South Avenue for a vehicle stuck on some rocks.

4:40 p.m. - Timothy J. Graham, 31, 711 Roxbury Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

12:44 p.m. - David E. Bartholomy, 66, 62 Beechwood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for misuse of a credit card, following a call to that address regarding a neighbor dispute.

Dec. 15, 10:24 p.m. - Devin J. Lodge, 22, 36232 Old State Route 558, Salem, and Savanna L. McKee, 28, 11098 Stuebenville Pike, Lisbon, were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

7 p.m. - Robert L. Johnson, 57, 1708 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was booked on Boardman charges of breaking and entering regarding a Dec. 13 incident at 4026 South Ave. after he was lodged in the Mahoning County jail.

6:38 p.m. - Kenny L. Brown, 38, 3673 Laskey Road, Rome, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

1:09 p.m. - Javon T. Christian, 25, 3798 Choice Court, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and receiving stolen property, and on a South Carolina warrant for a weapons offense, following an investigation into a suspicious person at Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

9:43 a.m. - Lameisha M. Drayton, 23, 136 E. Avondale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on two undisclosed warrants out of Mahoning County Court 2, following an investigation into a theft at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, and Zyshonne D. Flores, 23, 3028 Cooper Bluff Drive, Columbus, was arrested on a charge of theft and on an Ohio State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear for possession of drugs and driving while under suspension.

Dec. 14, 8:45 p.m. - Paula Hendricks Richards, 55, 9595 Leffingwell Road, Canfield, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for assault.

8:39 p.m. - Artara Heriot, 58, 931 Churchill Hubbard Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for assured clear distance following a vehicle crash investigation on East Midlothian Boulevard.

7:25 a.m. - Gregory A. Speed, 49, 15409 Euclid Ave., East Cleveland, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for public indecency, following a call to Walgreens, 7295 Market St., regarding a person in the store acting strange.

Dec. 13, 11:41 p.m. - A 13-year-old Boardman girl was arrested for being an unruly juvenile following a call to a Shields Road residence regarding a runaway juvenile.

7:47 p.m. - A 12-year-old Boardman boy was arrested for being an unruly juvenile, following a call to an Argyle Avenue residence regarding a missing juvenile.

5:52 p.m. - Randi L. Vaughn, 33, 1515 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft, following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:45 p.m. - Heather L. Thomas, 31, 51 Willow Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Dec. 12, 9:15 p.m. - Cody F. Webb, 30, 3268 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft following a call to Walgreens, 3800 Tippecanoe Road.

5:10 p.m. - Dawn M. Olenik, 43, 4066 St. Andrews Court, Canfield, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for misuse of a credit card.

4:42 p.m. - A 12-year-old Boardman boy was arrested for possession of alcohol and a vape device, following a dispatch to the Southern Park Mall.

1:30 p.m. - Two 14-year-old Youngstown boys were arrested for unruly juvenile behavior following an investigation for the two boys walking on Boardman-Canfield Road during normal school hours.

Dec. 11, 2:05 a.m. - A 13-year-old Boardman girl was arrested for being an unruly juvenile (reported runaway child), following an investigation into a reported accident with injuries on Terrace Drive.

12:30 a.m. - Scott T. Kreps, 53, 451 Ohio Ave., Warren, was arrested on a Columbiana County warrant for child neglect (non-support), following an investigation into two suspicious people walking on Glenwood Avenue.

Dec. 10, 6:48 p.m. - Dustin N. White, 40, 7357 E. Parkside Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order. During the incident, Roberta O. Ruiz, 27, of that address, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and assault.

2:46 a.m. - Jeffrey L. Brown, 31, 803 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on Boardman warrants for aggravated burglary, burglary, robbery and felonious assault.

Dec. 9, 11:47 p.m. - Daniel J. Tucci, 54, 1980 Brook Park Road, Cleveland, was arrested on multiple Boardman warrants for theft, following an investigation into a wanted person at 7410 South Ave.

6:09 p.m. - Jennifer E. Perrot, 51, 230 Illinois Ave., Girard, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), and possession of drugs (cocaine, Fentanyl, and meth), following a call to 1134 Boardman-Poland Road for a possible intoxicated woman vomiting in the parking lot.

2:30 p.m. - Andrew P. Scott, 37, 465 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

11 a.m. - Kayla R. Messenger, 35, 265 S. Salem-Warren Road, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for theft by deception.

8:40 a.m. - Brandon R. Emery, 27, 3570 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, following a call to Mercy Health for a man trying to sign out with a police hold in place.

Dec. 8, 11:54 p.m. - Kamlin M. Opencar, 24, 7368 Eisenhower Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to 7401 Market St. regarding a physical domestic incident.

Dec. 7, 12:30 a.m. - Liberty police advised they recovered a stolen firearm entered by Boardman during an investigation in Liberty.

Dec. 6, 11:08 p.m. - An investigation was conducted into a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana that was discovered in a homeowner's donation box for their Christmas light display on Wood Avenue.

2:45 p.m. - Christopher Edmondson, 30, 12019 Willard Ave., Garfield Heights, was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, and on a Cuyahoga County warrant for robbery, following a call to 451 Boardman-Canfield Road for a man assaulting a woman in front of the business.

Nov. 28, 10 p.m. -- Ashley L. Wooden, 29, 533 Tennessee Place, Barberton, was arrested by Barberton police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

8:41 p.m. -- James R. Brorman, 41, 4811 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for a probation violation, following an investigation into a man lying in the grass at Market Street and Hillman Way.

7:40 p.m. -- Annilisa L. Benson, 46, 7320 Market St., Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited for disobeying a traffic control device (crosswalk signal) following the observation of a woman attempting to cross U.S. 224 while the traffic lights were green.

3:12 p.m. -- Two 16-year-old boys were arrested for breaking and entering, receiving stolen property and unruly juvenile, and one also was issued a citation for possession of drugs, following the observation of two boys in the area of Locust Street and U.S. 224, who fit the description of two suspects involved in an earlier break-in.

9:45 a.m. -- Camraun S. White, 23, 823 Parkwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of misuse of a credit card and on a Campbell warrant for failure to appear, following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a fraudulent credit card being used.

Nov. 27, 6:42 p.m. -- Christopher W. Jones, 40, 803 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property following a call to 4250 Hillman Way for a stolen vehicle.

12:19 a.m. -- Charles R. Vanek, 48, 121 Park Ave., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for an expired registration following a traffic stop on East Midlothian Boulevard.

Nov. 26, 9 p.m. -- Cheyenne K. Godoy, 29, 2347 Mt. Vernon Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart,1300 Doral Drive.

12:25 p.m. -- Michael G. Seidita, 58, 12921 Springfield Road, Springfield, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

3:51 a.m. -- David C. Guzzy, 31, 6919 Tippecanoe Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing, and was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated following a call to 150 Southwoods Ave. regarding a homeowner who discovered a man inside his garage.

Nov. 24, 10:42 p.m. -- A 17-year-old Lisbon boy was arrested for theft and Kirsten E. Hart, 19, 51977 state Route 14, East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of underage possession of alcohol and was cited for open container (of alcohol) in a motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on Doral Drive for a shoplifter that fled from Walmart.

9:19 p.m. -- Donnelle J. Lockett, 21, 47 Market St., Youngstown, and Lexington D. Stevens, 22, 2109 Meadow Glen, Winter Park, Fla., were each arrested on charges of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart.

2:58 p.m. -- Olivia M. Lantz, 23, 3071 Lodwick Drive, Warren, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart.
