Nov. 3, 11:12 p.m. — A 14-year-old Youngstown boy and a 16-year-old Youngstown boy were each charged with receiving stolen property, following an investigation into two suspicious juveniles in the parking lot of Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Nov. 2 10:54 p.m. — Stephon L. Belcher, 26, 1989 Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on Boardman charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
2:45 p.m. — An 11-year-old Youngstown boy and a 13-year-old Youngstown boy were each arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

2:05 p.m. — James Wesson, 64, 25 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest, assault, retaliation and intimidation, following a call to Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., regarding an employee assaulted by a customer.

Melillo, 18, 7890 Meadowbrooke Trail, Poland, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and underage possession of alcohol; and Michael J.
