Police activity reported July 10-16:
July 16 -- Louis Ruozzo, 32, 4340 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was issued a summons for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on South Canfield-Niles Road.
July 15 -- Fritz Von Birkhimer III, 26, 1709 Etruria St., East Liverpool, was issued a summons for drug possession (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia (rolling papers), following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
July 15 -- Jodi Hoppa, 49, 4075 Lanterman Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (glass pipes and scale) and operating a vehicle while impaired following a traffic stop on Fairground Boulevard.
July 14 -- Brian Brewer, 38, 1059 Tod Ave., Girard, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia (glass meth pipe), and Ralph Thomas IV, 44, 707 St. Clair Ave., Girard, was also arrested on charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia (glass meth pipe), following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
July 12 -- Rachel Clifton, 31, 975 Fifth St., Struthers, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and open container following a traffic stop on West Akron-Canfield Road.
July 12 -- Corey Jordan, 36, 1931 Tracy Lane, Youngstown, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe) following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
July 10 -- Jacob Hambrick, 37, 2259 S. Bailey Road, North Jackson, was arrested on an undisclosed Austintown warrant, following a traffic stop on South Broad Street.
July 10 -- Mary Kavinsky, 66, 561 Sawmill Run, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation, following a traffic stop on Sawmill Run.
