July 17, 8:58 p.m. -- Rachel M. Tupper, 35, 3501 Main Ave., Sheboygan, Wis., was arrested on Wisconsin felony interference with child custody (of other parent) following assistance provided to Sheboygan Police (Wisconsin) in locating a person involved in an abduction case.

6:52 p.m. -- Carolyn R. George, 48, 3225 Straley Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired at 3670 S. Meridian Road.

10:16 a.m. -- A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at 4811 Westchester Drive.

July 9, 1:22 p.m. -- Nicholas A. Williams, 27, 126 North Crandon Ave., Niles, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Geauga County warrant for grand theft, following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

1:22 a.m. -- Ryan G. Charnesky, 21, 2888 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault on a peace officer, following a flag-down on Kirk Road by a man waving his hands in the air.

2:47 a.m. -- Khaleel R. Siddiq, 26, 7 Pinedale Curve, Mabelvale, Ark., was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and criminal damaging, following a call to Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road, regarding a man who was "destroying the store."
