April 25, 9:51 p.m. -- Kashmere K. Wilson, 20, 1504 South 12th St., Canton, was arrested by Canton police on a Boardman warrant for theft.
2:05 p.m. -- Cynthia A. Collins, 53, 7148 Ron Park Place, Boardman, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Smida, 38, 8248 Hubbard-Bedford Road, Hubbard, was arrested on a charge of possession of a schedule III substance (buprenorphine hydrochloride and naloxone hydrochloride) following an investigation into a man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at 235 Mathews Road.
