April 28, 1:40 a.m. — Noe A. Rodriguez-Ochoa, 42, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation and driving without a license, following a traffic stop on Oakwood Avenue.

April 27, 11:35 p.m. — Theft reported at Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

1:45 p.m. — Theft of a rifle reported at 4234 Lake Road.

April 26, 5:01 p.m. — A forged check and unauthorized withdrawal reported at 425 Victoria Road.

2:09 p.m. — Scott M. Bremick, 54, homeless, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct, following a call to Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave., regarding an intoxicated man.

9:35 a.m. — The school drone reported missing from the classroom at Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

April 25, 12:33 p.m. — Theft of a handgun reported at 1010 Compass West.

April 24, 11:49 p.m. — Roslyn Galloway, 38, 606 First St., Newell, W.Va., was arrested on charges of possession of schedule II drugs (fentanyl) and a schedule IV drug (alprazolam), and was cited for two headlights required following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

2:35 p.m. — Theft of a 2012 Kia Forte reported at 1591 Moorefield Road. It was later recovered by Youngstown police.

12:48 p.m. — Daniel R. Delgado-Rivera, 39, of Beaumont, Texas, was arrested on charges of engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools, following a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force operation in Austintown.

11:37 a.m. — William J. Martin, 41, 290 Lora Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business and possession of criminal tools, following a shoplifting call at Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

April 23, 10:07 a.m. — A fraudulent account was opened using a South Inglewood Avenue resident’s name.

April 22, 10:44 p.m. — Theft of a 2020 Kia Forte GT reported at 4550 Rhode Island Drive.

7:46 p.m. — Wallet stolen and credit card used at Cracker Barrel, 5600 Patriot Blvd.

April 21, 3:24 p.m. — Employee theft reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

12:30 p.m. — Christina A. Karr, 37, and Nevaeha J. Cobb, 20, both of 353 Imperial St., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

11:08 a.m. — Theft of a ladder from a vehicle reported at Sleep Inn, 5555 Patriot Blvd.
