9:56 a.m. -- Identity theft reported after $4,202.20 was charged on a credit card and $366.80 was charged to a bank account of a South Edgehill Avenue resident.

7:56 a.m. -- Theft of a VCR-DVD combo and some change reported at Cornersburg Baptist Church, 3898 Tippecanoe Road.

April 19, 7:20 p.m. -- Joseph Calinger III, 61, 4376 Meadowview Drive, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for assured clear distance following an investigation into a traffic crash in the South Raccoon Road-Kerrybrook Drive area.

6:31 p.m. -- Theft of a wallet and contents reported at Sleep Inn, 5555 Patriot Blvd.

2:18 a.m. -- Jay R. Weston, 37, 1901 E. Western Reserve Road, Springfield, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), and on several Lordstown warrants for theft from auto, following the observation of the suspect leaning inside a vehicle parked at Sheetz, 1101 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

2:17 a.m. -- Theft of a leaf blower and weed trimmer reported at Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

April 18, 10:30 p.m. -- Thomas P. Moomau, 31, 36 S. Whitney Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of kidnapping at 1355 Raspberry Lane.

5:35 p.m. -- Edwin J. Davila, 20, 722 Lexington Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and was cited for not using a turn signal following a traffic stop on South Meridian Road.

April 17, 2:36 p.m. -- Theft of money and contents from a vehicle reported at Shotz Bar, 3713 Oakwood Ave.

10:05 a.m -- Heather R. Withers, 47, 1931 Grandview Road, Lake Milton, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipes) following a traffic stop on state Route 46.

April 16, 11:28 p.m. -- Kevin J. Jefferson, 43, 211 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated, following a call to Shotz Bar, 3713 Oakwood Ave. regarding a disturbance.

3:36 p.m. -- Ti-Lia O. Moore, 23, 5030 Winthrop Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

4:42 a.m. -- Kyle Poyssick, 22, 13 Union St., Columbiana, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing, following a call to 103 Carnegie Ave. regarding a male pounding on a bedroom window.

12:04 a.m. -- Anthony V. Moffo, 25, 14 Kleber Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing following a call to Chipper's, 5 N. Edgehill Ave., about a patron from the business who punched the door.

Midnight -- Lauren M. Traer, 56, 252 Wilcox Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

April 14, 10:52 p.m. -- Zaylenn I. Brown, 21, 309 Potomac Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of falsification and on multiple Campbell warrants, following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue on a vehicle traveling 54 mph in a 35 zone.

4:02 p.m. -- Theft of a rear Ohio license plate reported at 60 N. Raccoon Road.

March 29, 8:09 p.m. -- Keilyn J. Black, 31, 820 Cornell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on four counts of violation of a protection order following a traffic stop on state Route 46 for a vehicle with no visible registration.

4:43 p.m. -- A scam involving the purchase of a dog was reported at 603 S. Raccoon Road.

11:10 a.m. -- Theft of scrap aluminum reported at 85 Victoria Road.

March 28, 3:19 p.m. -- Criminal damaging of park property by a juvenile reported at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road.

2:06 p.m. -- A person at 455 Wilcox Road was scammed out of $6,999.

4:33 a.m. -- Theft of keys, a medical bag, a bag with various hand tools and a car charger from a vehicle reported at 103 Idlewood Ave.

3:58 a.m. -- Chad A. Moore, 33, 486 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of having physical control of a vehicle and was cited for an expired registration following an investigation into a man passed out at the wheel of a running vehicle at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

March 27, 6:36 p.m. -- Theft of a wallet from a vehicle reported at 4617 Deer Creek Court.

4:49 a.m. -- Steven M. Manna, 31, 133 Dehoff Drive, Austintown, was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, permitting drug abuse in a motor vehicle, possession of schedule IV drugs (Xanax), use of nitrous oxide in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia, following an investigation into a man passed out in a vehicle parked at 5499 Mahoning Ave.

2:56 p.m. -- Ashley M. Ginet, 23, 2229 Burma Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant for aggravated possession of drugs following a traffic stop on Norquest Boulevard.
